1. I am local to Charleston, Atlanta or Nashville and would like to pick up my online order in-store. Can I waive the shipping fee to pick up my order in person?

We offer a free in-store pickup option if you are local to the Charleston, Atlanta or Nashville areas. You will see the option to select store pick-up or shipping at checkout.

** We only have physical storefront locations in Charleston, SC, Atlanta, GA, Nashville, TN, so this option only applies for these three locations **

2. Is the artwork online also in store (in Charleston/Atlanta/Nashville) the first of the month?

Not all of the new work on our website is on display in our studio on the first of the month. We have artists delivering work daily, but cannot guarantee all new pieces will be in store the day they are available online. The studio functions as a show room and has limited space. We switch around paintings on display as they sell. All of our artists are local, so we can easily get paintings in the studio for you to see per email request. Planning to come into the gallery? Give is a call or email if you want to confirm the location of a painting you're interested in.

3. I am an artist. How do I get involved?

We are a collective of artists that produces new work on a monthly basis. Each month artists paint work based on their interpretation of our artist-elected theme. Openings to join the Collective happen when a member decides to leave or we are seeking to expand. This timeline is unpredictable and varied, but please reach out to us if you are a local artist to the following areas and are interested in joining: Charleston, Atlanta, Nashville, Palm Beach/Central Florida, the DMV area. It is our mission to represent artists in our local areas, so please only inquire if you are a permanent resident in these locations.

We are always excited to see new work and consider new artists for future openings! We have an artist application on our website where we invite any interested artists to apply. We review applications several times throughout the year, so if you do not get an immediate response after submitting an application, please know we will get back to you after our upcoming review.

4. I want to see a painting in my space before I decide to purchase it. How do I do this?

We offer the option of taking work on approval if you are local to the area. We require contact information and a credit card to keep on file for the time the artwork is on approval. Please visit us in store or contact a city director if you'd like to try a piece of art in your space.

5. I am a designer. Do I get a discount on art purchases?

Yes. We offer a 10% discount with proof of your business license. Pease contact us for more information.

6. Do you accept returns?

We really hope you are happy with your purchase! But yes, you can return your painting within 14 days of purchase in-store or 14 days from when you receive your purchase in the mail. For a full refund, the painting must be returned completely undamaged and in its original condition. Please know we are not obligated to accept a return after our 14 day window and the customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses. 7. How do I commission an artist to do a painting for me?

8. How do I see the work that was online last month?

You can click the "All Artwork" tab on the menu bar and filter by size, artist, or subject matter. You can also access all available work by looking through our artist list on the main menu. We keep sold artwork visible on our website so you can also see if an older piece you were interested in found a home elsewhere. Didn't get something you had your eye on? Contact us to see if a commission is a good option for you.

9. I am a charity or non-profit. How do I get sponsored?
